Reciprical.. it's not just flipped, it's also opposite
An inverted improper fraction is named a 'proper fraction'. e.g. 3/2 is Improper Fraction (Some times and incorrectly it is called a 'top heavy' fraction. Inverting 2/3 is a proper fraction.
It is called the reciprocal and you swap- the numerator and denominator. For example, 2/3 becomes 3/2.
Division.

A 'flipped' fraction is correctly named as a Reciprocal. e.g. 2 . The reciprocal is 1/2 The reciprocal of 1/2 is 2.

When the numbers within a fraction are reversed, this is called a reciprocal. A reciprocal is useful when dividing fractions - dividing by a fraction is the same as multiplying by its reciprocal. For example, 4 / 2/3 = 4 x 3/2 = 6.
Division bar
it can be called a solidas or i division bar
keep it change it flip it: the first fraction doesn't change the division sign becomes a multiplication sign and then the second fraction becomes flipped 1/2 % 18/20 becomes: 1/2 * 20/18
