a larger triangle, a larger trapezoid, it depends where and how it's placed.
easy draw a trapezoid (4 sided) and add a triangle to one of the bottom sides (3 sides) ___ / __\ \ /

The different between parallelogram and trapezoid is the parallelogram had 2 pair of parallel ,but trapezoid had 1 pair parallel. It different is it had different how many pair are they. The Parallelogram and trapezoid are the same because it also a parallel line in there shape From, Angelina Nguyen

I believe a declared type is the type used when first declaring a variable. And the actual type is the type that the variable is actually assigned, which could be the declared type or any subtype of that type. So given GeometricObject shape = new Triangle(); GeometricObject is the declared type and Triangle is the actual type. To demonstrate this more clearly the following statements are all correct. GeometricObject shape; // shape declared to be a GeometricObject shape = new Triangle(); // actual type assigned = Triangle shape = new Square(); // now shape refers to a Square object This is the basis of polymorphism. It allows you to write methods which have for parameters more general types but are able to handle subtypes differently. This makes your code more general and reusable.
You can draw a star, choose Custom Shape Tool from Tools pallete then find star shape by pressing little triangle next to Shape: which is below in Options bar below menus. When you press triangle next to Shape: new fly-out window will appear with custom shapes, double click any shape to select it and close fly-out window then click on canvas in Photoshop and drag to draw your shape. If you do not see star shape click on triangle in upper right corner of fly-out menu and choose All from drop-down list.
elements are mixed together to make a new element just like a LEGO is snapped together to make a new shape lego!
There are only two proper names for the shape: trapezoid (US) and trapezium (rest of the English speaking world - which is very much larger). Any other names are too broad and would include lots of shapes that are anything but trapezoids. A trapezoid is a polygon but so is any plane shape with 3 or 5 or more straight sides. A quadrilateral is better, but that terms includes (for example) a square which is certainly NOT a trapezoid.

The shape of New Mexico is a square
a TRIANGLE HAS 180 DEGRESS! a new born knows that! LOL
If you are solving for area of a basic shape, you multiply and follow formulasi.e. square = L^2 rectangle = L*W Circle = (pi)r^2 Triangle = .5BH etc.If you are solving the area for a complex shape, such as a square, rectangle, and triangle conjoined, you add the areas of each individual shape. You will only ever subtract if trying to find a new area after cutting out a shape from it (which won't be done until later maths)
yes you can put a trapezoid on top and the bottom but upside down and the one on the side put it side ways so you have 4 trapezoids Would you trust an answer that isn't even punctuated? Not that it would make any sense even if it were. The question says "a trapezoid"; that means one, not four. Probably the easiest method is to divide the trapezoid into 2 equal parts, then divide each of these into 2 equal parts. Bisect the parallel sides, then connect the midpoints forming 2 new trapezoids each half the size of the original. The bases of each are equal and each is the same height. Repeat the procedure for each of the new trapezoids. All 4 will be equal in area, but they won't be congruent (equal in shape).
