If the shed is made from 150x 100=3x2 framing with a half inch boarding by adding 7inches to length and 7 inches to the width on to the internal measurements it will be the correct size.
So if you're taking an internal measurement for a base you need to measure the thickness of your wall double it and ad to your internal measurement. Hope this helped you.
How big it is inside. There is no specific size used.
Typically a Frame will have about 1/4 of an inch to play with on the inside dimension so that would make the inside dimensions 5 1/4 x 7 1/4. if your frame is 3 inches you need to double it to make it 6 inches (3 inches for top + 3 inches for bottom = 6 inches for the top and bottom dimensions.) so your final size would be 11 1/4 x 13 1/4
