Consider the Earth as a sphere - the fact that it is oblate is only of minor significance. The shortest route on the surface of a sphere is an arc of the Great Circle. This is a circle whose centre is at the centre of the sphere and which passes through the start and end points.
That area is were one of the sides stand at the start of each match. And, you will take it in turns to stand there (the centre position) (it is normally the colour yellow) Hope this helps
A circle as such does not have a start point nor an end point. We do however have to start at one point and end at the same point when we draw a perfect circle, but after it is drawn, the actual circle does not have a start nor an end. We might be able to see where we started and ended but this is of no significance to the actual start/end point of the circle as the circle itself does not have any.
Circle.
Square, Star, Semi-Circle. Possibly a sphere?
Okay, so basic principles: a netball court is divided into thirds. Each team has an attacking or goal third, a defence third (aka the other team's goal third) and both teams share the centre third. The WA can play anywhere in the centre third, but for the centre pass she must stand just inside the goal third until the whistle blows. She can also play anywhere in the goal third, but NOT inside the goal circle or she'll be called offside. The WA is not allowed anywhere in the defence third (other team's goal third).
They are only allowed in their defensive third, and must start the game, and any centre pass from inside their defensive 'D'.
Answer Both feet have to be inside the circle at a centre pass
Eleven players are allowed to be in the center circle at the time of the kick-off. That is, all players of the kicking team are allowed to stand anywhere on their half of the field, including in the circle, if they choose. None of the defending team's players (the team NOT taking the initial kick) may be in the circle until the ball has been kicked and has moved forward.
The c starts with the ball in the circle on the court. They are allowed anywhere except the semi circles.(Ds)
No. It will be ruled a false start by the ref.
there are 7 positions C, WA, WD, GA. GD, GS and GK. There are each of these players from both teams and their partners are from both team C-C, WA-WD, WD,-WA, GS- GK, GK-GS, GA-GD, GD, GA If you are short you are better off playing Centre, Wing Attack and Wing Defence. If you are quite tall than you should probably start playing, Goal Shooter, Goal Keeper, Goal Attack and Goal Defence. There are 7 positions on each team, your opponent team has 7 to. Goal Keeper plays on Goal Shooter, Centre plays on Centre, Goal Defence plays on Goal Attack and Wing Defence plays on Wing Attack and vice versa. Each player gets a certain amount of court. Goal Shooter gets the attacking third and the attacking goal circle, Goal Attack gets the centre third, the atacking third and the attacking goal circle, Wing Attack gets the centre third and the attacking third, Centre gets the centre third, the attacking third and the defending third, but not the two circles, Wing Defence gets the centre third and the defending third, Goal Defence gets the centre third, the defending third and the defending circle, Goal Keeper gets the defending third and the defending circle. GS stands for GOAL SHOOTER, GA stands for GOAL ATTACK, WA stands for WING ATTACK, C stands for CENTRE, WD stands for WING DEFENCE, GD stands for GOAL DEFENCE, GK stands for GOAL KEEPER.

Prior to a game of netball, there will be a toss. The winners of the toss will usually take the centre throw. A game of netball then starts when the winning team's centre (C) has stepped into the circle and thrown the netball. Also all players must be in the correct positions and no feel in the semi circle or into the middle third, except for the centers(c)
There should be 22 players on the field 11 players from each side are allowed.
Kick offs are allowed at the beginning of the game, the start of the third quarter and after a team scores.
