my answer (NIBF): Well maybe, although Ashido is a filler character and is more likely to die. According to the episode 148 he blocks a cero blast for Rukia, so therefore he could die. But then again he is pretty strong so I don't think that it would do a lot of damage to him unless it was a critical blow. But personally I think he should live and become a permenate character and pair up with rukia(cute!!!-_-). The would be really cute, also they would pair up really well. cause Ichigo X orihime and renji x someone else.
Maybe, maybe not. There is no proof that they will or won't get together.
