So the answer must be 3x+3xy=3x(1+y).

I'm assuming by y2 you mean y squared, so all you can do to factor that is take out a y so that you get y(x-y)

= x(x + 4y) + 25y(x + 4y)

= (x + 25y)(x + 4y)
