∙ 10y agoIf you have a decimal number and you move the decimal point two places to the right (inserting 0s, if required, you will have the related percentage.
For example:
0.000345 = 0.0345%
0.00345 = 0.345%
0.0345 = 345%
0.345 = 34.5 %
3.45 = 345%
34.5 = 3450%
and so on

Usually smallest to largest, least to greatest.
The GCF is a relationship between whole numbers, not decimals.
yes they do and fractions also represent divide like if you had 1/2 you would have half of a whole!
10/3 = 20/6 = 31/3
The numerator is how many you have, and the factors are numbers that go into a number, so they are both parts of parts or fractions/decimals.
They are both representations of rational numbers.
The relationship between fractions and decimals can be seen as follow. Fractions can be represented as ratio of two numbers and on dividing can give a decimal value. And decimal value can be converted into a fraction too.
they all show parts of a whole number
they all can be used to find the answer to the same wole number
