What is another name for a screen name?

Another name for screen name is 'nickname' or 'user name'. The use of the term "logon" might also apply. In the motion picture industry a screen name is a moniker or pseudonym that is used in place of the actor's real name. People would change their name for stage or screen because their real name may have been difficult to pronounce, was unattractive, to long or was ethnically revealing. Some famous screen names: John Wayne was born Marion Morrison. Gary Grant was born Archibald Alexander Leach. A young Arnold Schwarzenegger was told he needed to use a screen name because his name was to long, to difficult to pronounce and was ethnically revealing. He refused. Thus breaking the Hollywood myth that using a name like Schwarzenegger would be a detriment to his career.

What happen if arithmetic progressions does not exist?

If arithmetic progression did not exist you would not be able to count beyond 1, 2. Since 3 is the next number in the arithmetic progression. In effect there would be no arithmetic and no mathematics. And before you cheer at the thought of one less subject to study, there would be no technology. You would still be living in a cave and have to do everything for yourself - since any kind of trade requires valuing what you have to "sell" or "buy" and that requires some form of counting.
