The side that's open means greater and the side that is closed means less. For instance 1/2 < 3/4. My teacher always told me to remember it based on an alligator/crocodile. It wants to "Eat" the larger number. It leaves the smalle one to its backside.

What way does an inequality sign face when it is greater than or equal to?

The inequality sign opens towards the bigger number.

What i the solution to this inequality x- 25 is less than or equal to 33?

Just add 25 to both sides of the inequality - that way, you will isolate the "x", i.e., solve for "x".

If 16-7w plus 14-6w what is the value of w-1?

"16-7w plus 14-6w" is an algebraic expression - not an equation nor an inequality. It cannot be solved. So there is no way to determine the value of w and therefore the value of w-1.

All real numbers that are less than -1 or greater than or equal to 4?

The way you state it, that is already the solution of some problem; perhaps of an inequality. There is nothing more you need to do, except perhaps graph it, if the problem asks for it.The way you state it, that is already the solution of some problem; perhaps of an inequality. How do you determine length and width of a circle?

there is no length or width of a circle. There is radius and circumference and the line that goes all the way through the center to the other side of the circle, which is twice the radius. But there is no length or width of a circle.
