  • The denominator of the fraction is one followed by d zeros.
  • Simplify the fraction.

For example 86.0469

d = 4

Numerator = 86.0469 without the decimal point ie 860469

Denominator = 1 followed by d = 4 zeros ie 10000

So fraction = 860469/10000

This does not need simplification.
