Oh, dude, writing 0.2 in word form is like saying "zero point two." It's not rocket science, just a decimal number being all fancy with its words. So, yeah, zero point two, that's how you roll with it.

To write 0.2 in word form, you would say "zero point two." This represents two tenths, as the decimal point separates the whole number part (zero) from the fractional part (two tenths). It is important to note that the word "and" is not used when reading decimal numbers in word form.

"Two hundredths" or "point zero two".

Many will say "dot zero two" but I personally do not hold with those. I am probably

the only person I know who still sometimes prefers "Answers point com".

Hi Emilia @emiliasmitham. These are just common ways of saying it. If I wanted to say to you that I wanted 0.2 of a pie, I'd use one of the above (or I'd just ask for a slice of pie haha) Hope this helps!

Zero decimal two

Zero decimal point two

Zero point 2

Zero and 2 tenths.

If you’re in a test, you’re better off writing Zero and 2 tenths, most schools use that way and it’s more formal.
