"Divisible by two" means the number can end with 0,2, or 4.
"Divisible by five" means the number can end with 0 or 5.

Combined that means the ONLY digit the number cannot end with is 3; it can end with any of the other four.

Also, I'm presuming that it's not a "five digit number" if it starts with a 0, so only four of the digits are legal there.

All told, there are 4 x 5 x 5 x 5 x 4 possibilities. That's 2000 different possible numbers.
