7x - y = 0 → 7x = y (add y to both sides).

You now have y = 7x where y is a function of x. For a few values of x, workout what y is and plot those points. You should see a pattern to those points and be able to join them up in the right way.

(Hint, y = 7x is a linear equation, so expect a straight line between all the points.)
