I would think that a shredding service would not be helpful to a teacher. Teachers need to keep too many files and tests so they can look at a students work and evaluate how they are doing. If they get rid of anything and make a mistake on a students grade or paper they need to be able to see where they made a mistake and fix it.
normally about one teacher to 25-40 students
An ideal teacher knows the art of teaching. He is the master of his subject. He makes his lessons interesting. His method of teaching is convincing and inspiring. An ideal teacher treats his students like his own children. He praises the good work done by them. If a student does some mistake, he is not very harsh to him. He tactfully makes his student realise his mistake. An ideal teacher is never angry with his students. He believes in simple living and high thinking. He never sets a wrong example before his students. He has a high moral character. An ideal teacher himself practices whatever he preaches to his students. He is a true friend and a sincere guide to the students.
Teacher is avery very very good for the students. Her dresses of a good impresion for the students. Her styl is a good for the students. Teacher r the parents of the students and students r the children for the teacher.

It depends on the teacher. Preferably I would like typed as a teacher because it is more legible. Also, as the writer, it will be easier to fix your mistakes than having to rewrite your paper from a single mistake. But first, ask your teacher.
