The answer to this depends on your definition of a "good" question. One could say that a good question is one that exercises a concept, clarifying it in the mind of the person solving it. One could also say that a good question is one that has never been answered. These are two very different concepts though, and there are undoubtedly many more.

One question you could do is:

7 squared (7 x 7) +3 squared (3 x 3) =56
