In order: single, double, triple, quadruple, quintuple, sextuple, septuple, octuple, nonuple... etc. The prefixes are derived from latin number names.
'Septuple' or 'heptuple'.
The word pertaining to "seven times as much", such that double means "twice as much" is septuple.
If you multiply something by seven, you septuple it. If something is seven times as much as the original, it has increased sevenfold.
Quadruple, four times. Quintuple, five times. From 1 on up the words are single double triple quadruple quintuple sextuple septuple octuple ... and so on
Next would be a quintuple, which signifies five of something.
A group of seven things is a Septuple. Seven siblings born at the same time are Septuplets. A Heptagon has seven sides, but 'heptuple' is not correct. 'Septagon' can be used, but 'Heptagon' is much, much more common.
Nu Scorpii (Jabbah) is a star system in the constellation Scorpius. It is at least a quintuple (5), probably a septuple (7) star system. So it's not a single star, but a collection of stars, that appear to us as just one star.
