if by repeating you mean 0.2599999999... i think most fractions and calculators round up to 0.260. if you mean 0.259259259 then the fraction would be 259/999

There is a method for converting repeating decimals to proper fractions:

Put the repeating digits as the numerator and the same number of Nines as the denominator: in this case 259/999. The prime factors of 259 are 7 & 37 so you get (7 x 37)/999; 999 = 27/37 so you have (7 x 37)/ (27 x 37), which simplifies to 7/27.
