You don't mean the "maximum perimeter".
You can keep the perimeter of 80 feet, and shape the ring to make the area
as close to zero as you want it (but you can never make it exactly zero).
What you really want to ask is: What's the maximum areayou can make with a
perimeter of 80 feet ?
If you play with it for a while ... which you really should do ... you'll find that
the greatest area you can make with any perimeter is a circle, and the next
greatest is a square, with 1/4 of the perimeter on each side.
So for your boxing ring and 80 feet of ropes, the square is (20-ft x 20-ft), and
the area is 400 square feet. That's the biggest possible area.
The area of a square with a perimeter of 22.33 feet is: 31.16 square feet.
The perimeter is 18 feet.
Find the area of an equilateral triangle if its perimeter is 18 ft
The perimeter will be four feet.
If the perimeter of a square is 132.25 feet, the area is: 0.0251836547 acres.
Max rectangular area for a given perimeter is a square.P = 100S = 25Area = 252 = 625 square feet
The area of a square with a perimeter of 22.33 feet is: 31.16 square feet.
The area of a hexagon with a perimeter of 24 feet is about 41.6 square feet.
Perimeter is 40 feet.
The perimeter is 24 feet.
Perimeter is 36 feet.
If one of the sides is 8 feet, the perimeter is 32 feet and the area is 64 square feet.
The area of a square that has a perimeter of 12 feet is: nine square feet.
The area of a square with a perimeter of 12 feet is: 9 square feet.
If the shape of the area is a square and its area is 0.6 acres, then its perimeter is 646.6 feet (161.65 feet on each side).
The perimeter is 18 feet.
Perimeter = 56 feet.
