I am 18 but i haven't been training in almost 2 years. I managed 55 in 60 seconds. How many can you do?
Answer:
Well, with the fact that over 33% of all Americans or obese, I would take an educated guess the average amount of pus-ups an "average" American can do would be somewhere around 10-20. This guy saying 55 in one minute is HIGHLY above average. This would be one push-up about every 1.1 seconds, which is ridiculously high.
