They should be WEARING a Personal Flotation Device.
Catapults; in order for them to work as required, you must calculate how much force you require to fire the weight of the thing you wish to fire. Also, whether the stem of the catapult will break under this force.
CROSSBUCK SIGN Crossbuck signs are found at highway-rail intersections. They are yield signs. You are legally required to yield the right-of-way to trains. Slow down, look and listen for a train, and stop if a train approaches. Railroad crossbuck signs are found at most crossings. If there is more than one track, the sign below the crossbuck will show the number of tracks at the crossing FLASHING RED LIGHT SIGNALS At many highway-rail crossings, the crossbuck sign has flashing red lights and bells. When the lights begin to flash, stop! A train is approaching. DO NOT STOP ON THE TRACKS OR WITHIN 15 FEET OF THE CROSSING. If there is more than one track, make sure all tracks are clear before crossing. Do not move forward until you can do so safely. In heavy traffic make sure there is room for your vehicle on the other side before starting to cross. GATES Many crossings have gates with flashing red lights and bells. Stop when the lights begin to flash and before the gate lowers across your road lane. If the gates are down, the road is closed. It is against the law to drive around or under a crossing gate, either down or being opened or closed. Do not move forward until the gates are raised and the lights stop flashing as there may be a train approaching on an adjacent track.
The integral function of calculus is the method for determining the area under a curve. The limiting chord process is the "simple" math understanding required to learn the "complex" function of "integration". BTW: the derivative function is a "cousin" of the integral function which is used to determine the slope of curve at a given point.
No Q is not cyclic under addition.
They must only carry a working flashlight!
Vessels under oars or paddles should exhibit the same navigation lights as sailing vessels if practical. However, un-powered vessels less than 23 feet are only required to have on-hand, one lantern or flashlight shining a white light that must be used between sunset and sunrise in all weather and during restricted visibility.
Must carry a working flashlight or lantern onboard
In most states, and coastal waters of the US, children must be wearing their life vests on powered vessels, (and some sailboats) at all times unless the gunwhales of the vessel are sufficiently high enough to prevent their falling overboard. This precludes most vessels under 28 feet long. {oared vessels differ in these regulations from state to state, but generally are not covered under boating regulations for sail or powered vessels}.

"SS stands for Steam Ship for commercial or private vessels that are under power. Vessels that are gasoline or diesel powered are marked "MV", or Motor Vessel.
The lights a vessel displays at night define a lot about the vessel, length, aspect etc. Some 'special vessels' display lights that convey their activity. Some of these vessels can be 'underway' (Not tied up or anchored) but not 'making way' The special vessels are fishing vessels (red or green over white), vesels not under control (2 reds) and vessels with restricted ability to manoeuvre (red over white over red). These special vessels can be observed with their navigation lights off but the identifying lights on. This could be say 2 red all round lights. This would be underway but not making way. Switch the nav lights on and it would be making way. All other vessel types would be 'underway'. Cheers. thescr3am.
Hard starts and under powered may stall at stop lights.
This white-colored light that must be visible from all angles is called an anchor light. It is usually situated atop the mast.
The red light would be the port steaming light and the white one the masthead light. The other vessels head would be at an oblique angle to you. It depends on the vessels relative bearing on what your reaction should be but it would need to be kept under observation at the very least.
