y=x+4 To graph this, you need to find the y-intercept in the equation which is 4. Plot that on the graph by going up 4 from the origin (0,0). Next, go right one, up one and plot. Then, right one, up one again.

The graph of the equation [ x = -3 ] is a straight vertical line, passingthrough the point [ x = -3 ] on the x-axis. Its slope is infinite.
The equation you've provided seems to contain a typographical error, as it combines two elements improperly. If you meant to write the equation (y = -2x - 1), you could graph it by plotting the y-intercept at (0, -1) and using the slope of -2 to find another point, such as (1, -3). Draw a straight line through these points to represent the equation. If this isn't what you meant, please clarify the equation for further assistance.
You find the equation of a graph by finding an equation with a graph.

They are all the points where the graph crosses (or touches) the x-axis.
This is slightly out of context but you will have an equation of a graph we call it x and y because they are the axises we use on a graph. Usually in an equation we try to find the value of y. An equation that works in this case is y=x-7 but there are many others. But if we use the example i have given when x=16 this means y=16-7 which is 9 if you were to plot this point on a graph it would be 16 across the x axis and 9 up Hope this helps

3s=2t can also be written as 3y=2x or 3x=2y. Either way, it is linear. To find out if it is linear, simply graph it. If you can draw a completely vertical line through any point of the graph without intersecting more than one point of the graph, then it is linear. This equation (3s=2t), it is linear.

When you graph the quadratic equation, you have three possibilities... 1. The graph touches x-axis once. Then that quadratic equation only has one solution and you find it by finding the x-intercept. 2. The graph touches x-axis twice. Then that quadratic equation has two solutions and you also find it by finding the x-intercept 3. The graph doesn't touch the x-axis at all. Then that quadratic equation has no solutions. If you really want to find the solutions, you'll have to go to imaginary solutions, where the solutions include negative square roots.
