This is a kind of trick question, though i think what they mean is this:
Make the numbers 1-9 using only up to four 3's and ( ) + - x or divide(/).
1: 3/3=1
2: 3+3/3=2
3: 3=3
4: 3+(3/3)=4
5: 3+3-(3/3)=5
6: 3+3=6
7: 3+3+(3/3)=7
8: 3x3-(3/3)=9
9: 3x3=9
3*3+3/3=4
( (3x3) +3 ) /3=4
( (3 x 3) + 3 ) / 3 = 4
There are four threes in a standard deck of cards.
how do i make 17 using only 2 4 6 8
3*3+3/3=4
(3x3) + (3/3) = 10
( (3x3) +3 ) /3=4
8
( (3 x 3) + 3 ) / 3 = 4
There are four threes in a standard deck of cards.
