Ok, so if you know the x-intercept and you know the y-intercept, you know two data points: in this case (-3,0) and (0,4). To find slope, you would do:

(y1-y2)/(x1-x2) is slope so:

(0-4)/(-3-0)

-4/-3

4/3

Now you know your slope, and your y-intercept, so you can make an equation:

y=(4/3)x+4

That is in slope intercept form.
