It sounds to me like the exhaust timer is just a switch. The 20 amp rating that the timer is given is the maximum amount of current that it can handle and still be within its safety specifications. It will work very well on a 15 amp circuit.

What is the electrical formula to for calculating the number of 15 amp recepticles that can be install on a 15 amp circuit?

There isn't a formula, but the general rule is that you allow for 1 amp per outlet and you load the circuit to 80% of maximum. For a 15 Amp circuit you can have a maximum of 12 outlets.

Can you install 2 conducters in a cuttler hammer 1 pole 20 amp breaker?

the answer is no period. You will only make this circuit breaker trip more often. you will need to install another 20 amp circuit or install what is called a piggy back circuit breaker. you can may find this at Lowes or Home Depot or better yet take a circuit breaker out of the electrical panel and go to a electrical distributor.

Have 30 amp double pole need 15 amp 120v?

Remove the 30 amp double pole breaker and install at least one single pole 15 amp breaker. It is best if the other slot is not left open so if you have another single pole breaker of any size install it in the 2nd spot so it isn't open when you replace the cover on the panel. For your 15 amp circuit you need #14 gauge copper wire or larger with a hot, neutral, and ground. Your 30 amp circuit was probably wired with #10 gauge conductors. These will probably work on your 15 amp circuit but it may be difficult to connect #10 conductors to devices.

What circuit breaker to install for 10 amp 250 volt circuit?

How many outlets are there?

Up to 12 on a 20 amp circuit. Up to 9 on a 15 amp circuit. But use common sense. If the circuit will be heavily loaded, as in a home office, then do not install that many.

Can you upgrade a 15 Amps circuit breaker for a 40 Amp for a 8.5 Watt shower?

Not unless you change the wiring for that circuit. The breaker protects the wiring and if you install a 40 amp breaker on a 15 amp wire circuit you will have a fire in your home.
