In a scalene triangle, the angle sum is still 180 degrees. What defines a scalene triangle is that it has three sides with different lengths, and therefore, also different angles. It can be a right triangle for example, with the angles 30, 90, and 60 degrees. It's angle sum always sums up to 180 as in all triangles.

Note: It doesn't have to be a right triangle. It can be any kind of triangle as long as it has three different angles and sums up 180 degrees.

If a triangle is not scalene, then the triangle does not have three angles with distinct measures.

What shape has all three sides and angles of different sizes?

A scalene triangle is a triangle in which there are no sides or angles with the same measures.

Are two angles of a scalene triangle congruent sometimes never or always?

A scalene triangle is a triangle in which all three sides and all three angles are different. Therefore two angles of a scalene triangle are NEVER congruent.

What has three unequal angles?

A scalene triangle has three unequal angles.

What are the measurements of all angles in a scalene triangle?

All three angles in a scalene triangle add up to 180 degrees.

How many angles does a scalene triangle?

Three

What is the name of the triangle with three different angles?

scalene triangle

Has a scalene any right angles?

A scalene triangle is a triangle in which all the sides are of the same length, and all three angles are equal i.e. all three angles are equal to 600. Therefore a scalene triangle cannot have a right angle.

If a triangle is isoscles then it is not scalene?

an isosceles triangle is not scalene as scalene means to have three unequal angles and sides whereas an isosceles triangle has to have two equal angles and sides and one unequal0

What is a Scalene Acute Triangle?

A scalene triangle is one where each side is a different length. Acute means that the largest interior angle of the triancle is less than 90 degrees A triangle is one of the basic shapes of geometry: a polygon with three corners or vertices and three sides or edges which are line segments. A triangle with vertices A, B, and C is denoted Triangle (Trigon) ABC. Scalene triangle is a triangle in which all the sides of the triangle will be unequal. The angles of triangle will be unequal. In the above triangle, the sides of the triangle are 8 cm, 10 cm, and 16 cm. The Scalene Triangle has no congruent sides. The Acute Triangle has three acute angles (an acute angle measures less than 90°) Scalene triangles are unusual in that the are defined by what they are not. Most triangles drawn at random would be scalene. The interior angles of a scalene triangle are always all different. The converse of this is also true - If all three angles are different, then the triangle is scalene, and all the sides are different lengths.

Are all sides congruent in a scalene triangle?

No, none of the sides or angles are congruent in a scalene triangle. All three sides (and all three angles) are congruent only in an equilateral triangle.
