Non-positive integers are zero and the negative integers.
The set of integers represents the integers.
The boundary points of the integers is simply the integers.

Integers are used everyday in life. The counting numbers are a subset of the integers and we use them every day. Another name for the counting numbers is the natural numbers. So the positive integers are used to count objects all around us. Now 0 is an integer also and we use it all the time as you might guess. What about the negative integers? We use those when we talk about very cold temperatures. For example, it is -20 is North Dakota and -20 is a negative integer.
Temperatures can be shown using integers by representing them in whole numbers without any decimal values. For example, you can assign a specific integer value to each temperature range, such as 0 for freezing, 20 for room temperature, and 100 for boiling.
For temperatures, zero is an arbitrary reference point, depending on which scale is used. For Celsius, zero is assigned the the temperature at which water freezes. So temperatures which are colder than this temperature will be negative values, and temperatures warmer will be positive values. Fahrenheit uses a different reference point for zero, but similar principles apply.
Negative integers, zero and the positive integers, together form the set of integers.
One common use is temperature when it is very cold. We commonly talk about negative numbers degrees as a temperatures when it is below zero.

The set of integers represents the integers.
The set of integers is divided into three subsets. One is the positive integers. Another is the negative integers. The last subset has one element -- zero. In sum, integers are composed of the positive integers, the negative integers, and zero.
At least the following families: all integers; all positive integers; all odd integers; and all "square integers", that is, integers that are squares of other integers.
All the numerals are integers (positive integers)
