The answer depends on whether you wish to communicate with your readers and help them or if you wish to be an unhelpful smarta$$. In the first case I would suggest that you call a 23 sided polygon a 23-gon. Otherwise, you may wish to follow the link.
That will depend on what x represents which has not been given.
Unless the area is a regular polygon (or a circle) you cannot.
they came from how many sides are on the polygon
Then the point is not outside the polygon...?
icosagon
What polygon? Your asking "what are two names to describe a polygon" but haven't given a polygon...

you have multiplythe radius by 2 to get the diameter

what is 12 different kind of polygon
the name of a polygon for a polygon with 13+ sides is called an "n-gon"
Normally the minimum number sides a polygon can have is 3 which is a triangle and probably there is no such name given to a 2 sided polygon.
The name of a 11 sided polygon is Hendecagon.
