You need maths to pay your bills.
You need English to write and communicate.
You need both to get a decent job.
Music and art are more like hobbies than actual life skills.
Maths and English are crucial to your survival in the big world outside education. Music and art can be studied if you plan to go into one of those areas as a career choice.
Either way, you still need maths and English.
i think because: first, English is the most known language nowadays and is used frequently (our communication is an example) second, because without math you can't do many other stuff including science. many things in science need math. music is not that important because its more like a hobby. science is also important but as i said before without math many things in science can't be done! that's my opinion! :)
yes. without english, we could'nt learn or understand math. Are numbers and variables more important than words? Who decided this? Does algebra move you to tears? Do vectors evoke powerful emotions? Can calculus express the feelings in your heart?! If you don't learn English, you'll never learn to breath! English can persuade. English can entertain...English can kill * * * * * What utter rubbish! There are millions of people across the world who do not speak English but are perfectly capable of learning and understanding maths. And interestingly the original answer, presumably written by someone who believes (s)he knows English, contains errors!
It is very similar to learning English. You get the basics down and then you practice.
students are taking more than one class
Math is often perceived as easier than English because it is more structured and relies on clear rules and formulas. In math, there is typically only one correct answer to a problem, whereas in English, interpretation and subjective analysis play a larger role. Additionally, math problems can often be solved using logical reasoning and step-by-step processes, while English assignments may require more creativity and critical thinking skills.

Both are important. But depending on your future career goals, one or the other may be more important. For example, if you want to take up a career in engineering (basically this is "applied science"), you will need a lot of math. Otherwise, for other careers, you won't need much advanced math, and English may be more important.
a math teacher ha ha
Well it all depends, some people like music more than math, or math better then music. If music is something you love, or have a real good interest, it could excite you, then just sitting down using your brain to learn and complete math problems. If you listen to more music then just watching TV all day long yes, music program is able to help you in math. Depending how much effort you put in your math work :)
No, but English probably is. I would worry a lot more about English then the math. I'm guessing basic math would be needed for measurements and for the business side of things but that's it.I'm not a fashion designer, I'm an Engineering student, but I don't think you have to worry much about math, only English and your social skills.
reading, because everything you do,you have to read even in math.
English music of course! Because English music comes from England or United States most of the times . and Spanish music comes from "Unpopular" countries .
yeah math will take you anywhere in live
Music charts are usually based on the sale numbers of a certain single. If English music sells more then French music, you will find more English songs in the charts of French speaking countries.
yes today English is more important than maths.
Yes, math can make you a better muscian. Music is a logical and mathmatical language. Tempos, keys, chords all are more easily understood concepts if you understand math! keeping beats/time and composing will be easier for you if you understand and/or like math.
1467 is no more or less important than most numbers.
