You usually put the biggest denominator first. The bigger the number is the lower it means. So for EXAMPLE:20/30,15/30,6/10 . In least to greatest it would be the same order. In greatest to least it would be completely turned around
Put these distances in order from least to greatest: 3/16 mile, 1/8 mile, 3/4 mile
0.358, 3.58 and 35.8 are the numbers in order from least to greatest.
The numbers from least to greatest are: 2 over 10, 1/2, 0.6 and 0.9 (which is equal to 9 over 10). Convert all the fractions to decimals to compare.
easy, just time the demniator or divide it to compare. My old way to do was put it in decinals
convert fractions to decimal then just compare them, and then put them in order!:)
Convert them to common denominators and put the numerators in ascending order.
You usually put the biggest denominator first. The bigger the number is the lower it means. So for EXAMPLE:20/30,15/30,6/10 . In least to greatest it would be the same order. In greatest to least it would be completely turned around
you put the least one first then the most fraction last
Put these distances in order from least to greatest: 3/16 mile, 1/8 mile, 3/4 mile
either turn all ur numbers to fractions or decimals, then put it in order
1/4, 1/3, 3/4, 4/3
1/8, 1/6, 1/2
0.358, 3.58 and 35.8 are the numbers in order from least to greatest.
In order least to greatest is: .0000000004 .00000006 .0000007 .000005
That will happen if you have 5 integers.
Put them in order (least to greatest or greatest to least) then look a the number in the middle.
