Take any polynomial of the form

a+bx+cx2+dx3+ex4+ ... to some finite number of terms, such that a,b,c,d, e etc are integers, not all zero.

Multiply it by (3x-1)

Then, (3x-1) will be a factor of that polynomial.

Since there are infinitely many choices fora, and infinitely many choices for b, etc, there are infinitely many such polynomials.
