Volume*concentration = amount of solute (= constant, not changing)

So 1 (litre) * 5 (%) => 5 <= 2.5 (litre) * 2 (%)

thus 1 litre to be filled up to 2.5 litre by adding (2.5 - 1=) 1.5 litre of water
