There is no specific definition for a shape with a billion sides.

NOTE: While this question appears frivolous, it could have relevance in the computer generated imagery (CGI) world. Some CGI programs do not actually draw circles, represent circles and other arcs as a series of small lines connected at angles slightly less than 180 degrees. If the computer generating the image has enough capability to render one billion sides to a single image, the viewer might interpret that image as a circle.
