There is no particular name for it. For example, the frequency and wavelength of electromagnetic rays are related, but multiplying them by the same number, or dividing, makes no sense.
The answer is called the product.
the number that results is a PRODUCT. multiplying any two figures will always result in a product of those two figures as such multiplying a PARTICULAR NUMBER by ANY NUMBER does not change anything, they still result in a PRODUCT of those two numbers.
Every odd number. Multiplying two even numbers gives an even number. Multiplying an odd and an even number gives an even number. Multiplying two odd numbers gives an odd number.
The numbers you get from multiplying by a number is called a product.I believe it's like this: factor x factor = productFor example 5x5=25. The two 5's are factors and the 25 is the product.
Multiplying 6.7 and 5.5 is the same as multiplying 0.67 and 55, or 67 and 0.55.

This would be called a "factor". A number may be made by multiplying two or more other numbers together. The numbers that are multiplied together are called factors of the final number.
The word you are probably looking for is 'factor'. The result of multiplying two or more factors is called the quotient. Example: 2 x 3 = 6 Two and three are factors of the quotient six.
A scale factor.
they aren't that different but the whole number needs to be converted for them to be the same
