This is a play on words. In geometry, it is often that you use math to solve problems that require you to determine the angle of two lines that either intersect, or terminate at the point where you are to measure said angle. The measurement, in degrees, is the angle.

In geometry three lines that contain a space are referred to as a "triangle".

From dictionary.com:
2 a particular way of approaching or considering an issue or problem :discussing the problems from every conceivable angle | he always had a freshangle on life.

From this, it takes on a new direction to mean the perspective you are viewing from. When the author, who is currently not attributed as far as I can find, combined the two, it seems to mean that the "perspective" from which to approach any problem is to simply try the perspective, or angle, that you try something. If it doesn't work try another solution.
This then becomes the "try-angle".

for personal development people this could be a very useful quote to have handy to remind you that when you get stuck on a problem, you should just make a decision as best you can with the information you have available and then go forward with a decision. try something, anything, that you have a good reason to believe should work. if it doesnt, dont worry. the world is pretty tough. it is not likely to break if you make a mistake. you may even win some valuable knowledge, succeed or fail, and then you will have learned.

What type of angle could measure 33?

an acute angle

What happens to the tangent of an angle as the measure of the angle gets close to ninety degrees?

As you approach from less than 90°, the tangent of the angle increases towards positive infinity. As you approach from greater than 90°, the tangent approaches negative infinity.Example:tan(89°) = 57.29tan(89.9°) = 572.96tan(91°) = -57.29tan(90.1°) = -572.96

How do you find the measures of the complement and the supplement of an angle?

The complement of an angle can be added to that angle to get a total of 90 degrees. Therefore, if your angle was 45*, set up a simple algebra problem. 45+x=90 subtract 45, you get x=45 The complement of a 45* angle is 45*. The complement of a 30* angle is 60, etc. The supplement of an angle can be added to said angle to get a total of 180 degrees, so if your angle is 45*, set up an algebra problem (again :P). 45+x=180 subtract 45, x=135. The supplement of a 45* angle is 135*. The supplement of a 30*angle is 150*, etc. Hope this helped!

What does a theta mean in math?

Theta is most often used to represent unknown angles, especially in the study of trigonometry. Theta represents an angle in degrees, but not in radians. --------------------------------------- Theta (θ) is a Greek letter, typically denoting an unknown angle. Depending on the context of the problem, it could be in degrees or radians.
