YES!!!!

x^(2) -16 =

x^(2) - 4^(2) =

Remember two squared terms with a NEGATIVE (=) between them , factors to

(x - 4)( x + 4)

Note the different signs.

Done

NB Two squared terms with a positive (+) between them DOES NOT factor.
